Undertake unending training of Security Officers / Crowd Controllers, i.e. inductions, standard operating procedures, legislative updates, debriefings and client specific requirements and/or requests etc.

Maintaining necessary risk insurances.

Maintaining a most economical wage structure available.

Professional and trained supervisors provided to monitor and ensure appropriate security operations achieved.

Provide approved Standard Operating Procedures to all sites.
Training for associated client & staff to further understand and work within security operations.

PR maintained with relative authorities as required. (Police, Liquor Licensing and Fair Trade)

PR maintained with patron grievances, concerns or inquiries.
